Silver jewellery and metallic-glazed ceramic charms. Ceramic necklaces are £35, £39 or £45, including a chain and gift box. Existing designs only; chain material, dimensions and availability are confirmed on enquiry. Silver collection pieces are £199 and include the wooden presentation box shown with the collection. Silver fineness is specified per design (including S990 and selected S925 designs); gold-coloured details are 24K gold plated. Metallic ceramic glaze is a different finish.

How to order
Existing pieces
Save the pieces you like, then email your selection to marrajane7@gmail.com or message @7silver_clay. The studio confirms the actual piece, specifications, stock, total price and dispatch date before full payment.
Silver commissions
Send a clear reference, your preferred size, budget and any relevant date. Once the design, total quote and timing are agreed, pay in full before production begins. No deposit or instalment plan is offered.
Ceramic necklaces are existing designs only. Your saved selection and downloaded email draft do not place an order; checkout is not enabled on this site.
Delivery & packaging
Orders of £250 or more qualify for free shipping. For lower-value orders, the shipping cost is confirmed for your destination before payment.
All orders dispatch from the United Kingdom. In-stock pieces dispatch within 3 days. Silver commissions and made-to-order designs take approximately 10 working days after design approval and full payment, before dispatch. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination.
Silver jewellery comes with a complimentary wooden presentation box, as pictured with the silver collection. Ceramic jewellery comes in a gift presentation box. Both are included in the listed price.
Any applicable import charges and who pays them must be agreed before you order. If a parcel or piece arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact the studio with photographs.
Sizes, chains & reference photographs
For rings, provide a confirmed ring size and its sizing system. Band width can affect fit; ask a jeweller to measure for a similar width. Confirm any resizing options before ordering.
For pendants and ceramics, request the actual height, width, thickness, weight, chain material and chain length. Ceramic necklace prices include a chain.
For pet portraits, send a sharp, well-lit face photograph and a second angle if useful. Mention the markings, expression and details you want to preserve.
Returns & custom orders
Standard, non-custom items
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard, non-custom items. Contact marrajane7@gmail.com before returning a piece to arrange the return and obtain the return address. Keep your order details and pack the piece securely.
Personalised commissions
Pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalised are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This applies to personalised pet portraits and original custom commissions. A standard design is not automatically a personalised item just because it is made after you order.
If something is wrong
If a piece is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact the studio with your order details and photographs. The personalised-item exclusion and 30-day voluntary policy do not limit your statutory rights.
For a change-of-mind return of a standard item, the buyer pays the return postage. For a faulty item, the studio covers the return postage; contact us first to arrange this. Return instructions, the return address and refund details are provided by the studio. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Care for silver, plating & ceramic
Silver & gold-plated finishes
Keep pieces dry and store separately. Avoid perfume, household chemicals and abrasive cleaning. Use a soft dry cloth; ask before using a silver dip or polishing compound, especially on plating, stones and darkened details.
Metallic-glazed ceramic
Handle gently: ceramic can chip or break when dropped or knocked. Store away from hard jewellery, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and avoid soaking or abrasive cleaners. Check care for the chain separately.
Mixed-material pieces
Ask for piece-specific care instructions before cleaning. Do not soak fossil or other porous material.

Can you work from my photographs?
Photographs can be a starting point for a realistic commission. Clear views from several angles help define the form; feasibility and design details need studio confirmation.
What materials do you use?
Most silver designs use S990 (99.0% silver); selected designs use S925, as stated in each listing. gold-coloured metal details are finished with 24K gold plating. Our ceramic charms have metallic glaze and include a chain and gift box. Metallic glaze is not a claim of solid gold or silver content. Chain material, length and each piece’s full specifications are confirmed before ordering.
How much does a bespoke piece cost?
Standard pet portrait pendants are £199, detailed pet portraits are £249, and original silver commissions are £329. Confirm the design, size and materials before making begins. Existing silver collection designs are £199, except where a different price is shown.
Can you deliver to my country?
Orders dispatch from the United Kingdom to available destinations across Europe. Orders of £250 or more qualify for free shipping. Available destinations and shipping costs for orders below £250 are confirmed before ordering. Any applicable import VAT or duties are confirmed separately.
Can I customise a ceramic necklace?
Ceramic necklaces are sold in existing designs only, priced at £35, £39 or £45 with a chain and gift box included. We do not accept ceramic custom commissions. Please enquire about the photographed piece and current availability.
Can I return my piece?
Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised pieces made to your specifications cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items are handled separately, and your statutory rights are unaffected. Read our returns information.
How do I pay?
All orders are paid in full after the design or piece, total price and timing have been confirmed. Payment is arranged directly with the studio; online checkout is not enabled.
How long will my commission take?
Silver commissions usually take approximately 10 working days after design approval and full payment, before dispatch. In-stock pieces dispatch within 3 days. All orders ship from the UK; transit time is additional. Your completion date is confirmed before ordering.
How do I choose my ring size?
Tell the studio your usual size and sizing system. A confirmed measurement is needed before making a ring; a local jeweller can help measure it.
